Curious about how the clean energy transition is progressing in Framingham?
The first-in-the-nation networked geothermal project is connected to Framingham’s Farley School Administration building and is adjacent to the solar panels, battery storage and EV charging stations at Fuller Middle School.
Join Framingham’s Sustainability Coordinator Shawn Luz and Energize Framingham to see these projects, find out how they work and ask questions. Then, stop by Framingham Public Schools' fourth annual Cooler Communities Fair, happening concurrently inside Fuller Middle School, where FPS students will show their amazing projects on climate change, energy efficiency and the environment.
This event will build on our popular community tour from November 2024, and this time we're hosting it in partnership with the Cooler Communities Fair. Participants are welcome to check out both the clean energy transition in action here in Framingham and engage with local students on their climate projects. This is a family-friendly event!
